You have all seen evidence of Social Media, but do you really know what it is?
Social Media is a cutting edge way of sharing information through mobile or internet technology.  It’s news about what is important to you instantaneously. As an alternative to mainstream communication channels, social media is live, informal. AND. . . sometimes. . . Entertaining.
The presentation will focus on the following:
¨ The role that Social Media plays in the business environment
¨ Social media trends, particularly those affecting how administrative professionals can use social media tools to help accomplish tasks more effectively.
¨ Impact of social media, and how it has changed the way we communicate with each other and business clients.
